Lost Viking: Kingdom of Woman

While traveling to the East the Vikings fall into a trap. Ragnald is saved by the accompanying wolf and must find his loved ones. The Viking and his companion are forced not only to survive, but properly manage time, space and energy to achieve the goal.

ROLES: Project Manager, Game Designer, Level Designer, Quest Developer, UI Developer, Interaction Designer, Tester.

While traveling to the East the Vikings fall into a trap. Ragnald is saved by the accompanying wolf and must find his loved ones. The Viking and his companion are forced not only to survive, but properly manage time, space and energy to achieve the goal.

In the project I had started from the role of Game Designer defining core mechanics and rules of the game. When Game Design Document was created I stepped into the role of Scrum Master organizing milestones, tasks and leading scrum ceremonies for the team throughout the lengtht of the project. I have been testing mechanics provided by other developer and tracking bugs. I have also work as a prototype game developer and helping with the level design, setting up game interactions, quest flow. I also was working on UI as designer and developer.

The prototype has been finished, but luck of further budget to work with made the project be suspended.

The Pope: Power & Sin

Take on the role of the Pope, strengthen the authority of the Church State, fight for spiritual and political independence from pagans and the renewal of church structures. The rule of Pope is a torrent of numerous scandals, excesses and signs of moral corruption in the authorities of the Church.

I was delegated to the role of Scrum Master conducting Weekly Scrum Ceremonies, setting up. I was helping with game design, specifying core mechanics and game interactions. I have also consulting UI design work.

The project was long in the production. I had opportunity to reorganize  and smooth out UI design in the game.
